HERE ARE YOUR NEXT STEPS

ASSIGNING A NEW WHITE LABEL TASK

  • Click on "📤 Submit a Task" in the sidebar.

  • Choose the type of task you want to submit.

  • Complete payment so we can get started on the project.

  • Send the onboarding form to the client or fill it out for the client.

  • The more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to complete the task for you without too much back-and-forth communication.

VIEWING YOUR TASK PROGRESS

  • Click on "Task Journey" in the sidebar.

  • See the status of your active tasks.

  • You can see all the tasks assigned to us there as well.

Note: We use ClickUp as our project management software. You will see LIVE updates as we move through the different stages of the task.

GIVE US ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS

Add your passwords for accounts we will need access to using the "Passwords" tab. Your passwords are secured with 256-bit AES encryption, and only the account manager will have access. Passwords we might need access to:

  • Funnel-building platform accounts such as Systeme.io, High Level, ClickFunnels, etc.

  • Domain hosting account to connect the new domain to your accounts.

  • Any other account needs to be integrated with the funnel.

UPLOAD ALL FILES FOR YOUR TASKS

You will upload any files in shared Google Drive folders using the "File Manager" tab.

There is a "GENERAL FILE UPLOADS" link where you can upload any general files. However, we will create a new Google Drive folder for every new task/client you submit to us to keep things organized. Your client's Google Drive links will be in the "YOUR CLIENT'S FILES" folder.

Files you can consider uploading are:

  • Brand images such as logos and other branding material.

  • Personal brand images such as professional portrait images to use on pages.

  • PDF Files that will be used for the project.

  • And any other files you feel will be necessary.

Notes To Remember

  • Use the "Conversations" tab to communicate about a specific project or ask general questions. When you submit a question there, we will get notified by email, and we will be able to reply by email as well.

  • You will also be able to reply to the email notifications so that you don't have to log in to reply. However, the email thread will also be available in the "Conversations" tab.

  • We will create a new Conversation for every new client to speak about specific projects within one conversation.
